Asset Utility
3D Asset Viewer
Preview FBX and STL files locally in the browser with orbit controls, wireframe mode, grid helpers, and quick model stats.
Privacy: your model is read and previewed locally in this browser. It is not uploaded to FlipGear Studios.
Ready. Open or drop a model to inspect it.
Model review workflow
A quick place to inspect practical 3D assets before you move them into a project.
This viewer is meant for the early pass on downloaded, exported, or generated 3D assets. I use tools like this when I need to check scale, orientation, silhouette, and obvious geometry problems before bringing a model into a game, prototype, or asset library.
The grid, orbit controls, wireframe view, and simple lighting are intentionally direct. They help answer the boring but important questions first: does the file load, is the model facing the expected direction, are there strange gaps, and does the shape still read clearly when it is not sitting inside a polished engine scene?
Files are loaded in the browser for quick inspection. For production work, I still treat this as a first-look utility, then validate final meshes in the target toolchain with collision, materials, naming, and export settings checked there.
