I enjoy understanding how people work just as much as I enjoy writing software. Many of my favorite projects begin by watching someone perform a task, identifying unnecessary friction, and designing a system that removes it.
My background in manufacturing, visual design, and production software has taught me to think beyond individual tickets. I build for the current requirement while preparing the architecture for what comes next.
